Horrible software

Found this program to be impossible to navigate, and would not allow me to easily print state tax return to avoid outrageous cost of e-filing. Will not use again.

What's not so great: Limit of one State return to file. Your limits may force me to seek an alternative tax filing product next year.

So easy to use!

Love the e-filing. Also like the way information is transferred from year to year. Makes the process so much easier. It would be nice to be able open the current and previous returns at the same time to check the information.
What's great about it: Walks a filer through each step. Provides reference materials to explain why the information is required per guidelines
What's not so great: Difficult at times to move back and forth

I love turbo tax, It asks the appropriate questions to get the most out of our refund as possible. I don't think I would have had the right information if I went to a company. I was able to look up online my information. So easy to use.

Excellent program - Keeps getting better each year

We started using TurboTax in the 90s. It was awkward to complete the first few times, but got more thorough and user-friendly each year. The handling of Capital Loss Carryovers was especially useful and gratifying. Updates to the program during the tax season are fewer and quicker than in the past.
We tried Tax Cut one year early on, but didn't like it and switched back to TurboTax. It makes filing returns much less painful and time-consuming.

What's great about it: Totally thorough, comprehensive and easy to follow

What's not so great: Looked into Florida Return - didn't need to file - insructed to click "Skip this state" button, which I could not find
