Did a great job

What's great about it: Made the process very easy, satisfied with the return as well.
What's not so great: Refund didn't go up when I was done finished putting in all of my donations. I'm sure there's a valid reason though.

Continued Greatness!

Love that it can take last years figures and bring them over. Overall it saves a lot of time and makes sure we include everything that's needed to file a return and get the biggest refund.
What's great about it: Love the walk through for each category - it helps organize all info needed
What's not so great: None really - it seems to get easier each year.

Much Easier

Went back to turbo tax in 2010 and haven't looked back. Easier to use and cheaper than tax preparation services.
What's great about it: Excellent way to walk through taxes
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I've had issues Turbo Tax in the past, but this year I had 0 issues. Turbo Tax easily plugged in all my info from last year so I was able to sit down and get my taxes done in a couple hours (usually a lot longer than that.) Gets easier to use each year! Thanks!
What's great about it: Fixed bugginess from years past!!!

Update downloading very frustrating!

Several times on updates for 2015 tax version my computer froze and had to restart and then do manual updates as suggested in support online. This needs to be fixed going forward! Free state e-file should be included with your product like before.
What's great about it: Easy to transfer last year's info and Federal e-file
What's not so great: Terrible updating process this year; need to provide free state efile

I don't know why some people don't like TT. Every year, doing my taxes is a breeze. If something is unclear, the help is super helpful.
What's great about it: simple, totally understandable, painless
What's not so great: some connectivity to financial institutions did not work
