Taxes May Not Be Fun, But They're Not Dreadful!

We so used to dread doing our taxes even though ours are not that complicated. After getting burned by a professional service after we moved to another state, we did our own. It was a mess. TurboTax has made life so much easier and we no longer dread doing our taxes. We've used TurboTax for several years as of this date and it has easily accommodated the changes in our lives. We'll see you again next year and for many years to come.! Thank you.
What's great about it: Easy to use, complete and thorough, knows a lot more than we do about this!!
What's not so great: Can't think of any!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent Product!

This software is excellent! I'm confident that my taxes were done correctly and you can have that peace of mind, too. TurboTax explains things in a fresh way and has streamlined each page so that it does not contain an inordinate amount of "legal-ese". Fresh, easy and professional software. Thank you for putting this at my fingertips!
What's great about it: Simple language, colorful pictures, explanatory
What's not so great: There's a charge for e-filing with my state

Used TT for years trouble free, but this year much more difficult to keep the program running.

I used Turbo Tax again this year and it is quicker, easier, and simpler to use than ever before.
What's great about it: quick and simple

Munsch Tax Prep Review

I've used turbo tax for a number of years with no concerns. This year was no exception. It did find a couple of deductions that I was unaware of and was a great help with sales tax.
What's great about it: Good questionnaire, straightforward to use
What's not so great: Nothing significant

Ease of Use

Please see my pros and cons above for my overall review. I have used the product since about 1990, and I have seen the improvements each year to this current year when the product
interview is complete and clear as to what data to enter. Most of the required data is brought forward from my previous year tax, so that I only have to enter the new changes and amounts for the new year. Thanks for an excellent product.

What's great about it: I was able to easily enter all data from by tax documents which I received in Jan. and Feb.
What's not so great: I have no real complains with the product. I have used it for many years, and have seen it improve each new year.
