So Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 4 years. Love it!! Can't think of using any other product.
What's great about it: Answered every question I had
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Feelin' good!

Overall this was a quick and painless experience. I like that return users have the majority of information already filled in. I'm very confident that the program checked for every possible deduction I could get. I actually looked forward to doing my taxes!
What's great about it: Easily understood (for the most part). Quick and sensible. Used common sense explanations, no jargon.
What's not so great: Filling out the state form for out-of-state gambling winnings was confusing.

This year doing taxes was a breeze with Turbo Tax! Last year I had to pay; this year doing Turbo Tax, I am getting a refund. Thank you Turbo Tax!

I have used this product for many years now and like the ease of use. However the 2015 product seemed more difficult. I'm still happy with the purchase but feel that some of the wording was confusing. Also, there were a few times when I would hit the view all option and still had to go through each one at a time versus the program walking you through it.
What's great about it: program calculates leaving no math errors, Information transfers from prev years
What's not so great: 2015 wasn't as easy to to use at previous years.
