Easy Refund

I have used Turbo Tax for years and will continue to do so. It is easy to use and accurate. I have never had a problem using it.
What's great about it: Quick & Easy to use. Help is there if you need it. Explainations are easy to understand.
What's not so great: none

What's great about it: It is so easy and self-explanatory to use. Written in plain English.
What's not so great: There was a single explanation window that was blank - relating to a 1099R form in the PA state form

Surprise refund

TurboTax identified state income tax paid but not witheld that otherwise would have been missed. Carrying last years data made this year much easier to complete.
What's great about it: TurboTax identified duductions I would have missed
What's not so great: Some explanations were difficult to obtain

Using turbo tax saves me time and money! I can prepare my tax return in a matter of hours instead of days. I've used this for many years and its always been accurate.

Once again, An Excellent Experience

I've used it for over 15 years and will continue doing so.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything, provides plenty of suggestions.
What's not so great: The Electronic Pin for your signature at the end is still frustrating. Having the AIG option was a big help.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 10 years. I like how my info is transferred from the previous year; this saves a lot of work. I've found the new "flag" feature this year to be especially helpful when returning to previous steps in the process.

TAXES FINALLY DONE

I HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR SEVERL YEARS NOW. LAST YEAR I USED A CPA TO COMPARE AND FOUND THAT I PAID THE SAME IN TAXES AS ALWAYS BUT HE CHARGES 3-4 TIMES THE PRICE OF THE TURBOTAX SOFTWARE.
THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT OF THIS YEAR WAS THE INFO REGARDING THE HEATHCARE SECTION. IT WAS VERY LACKING IN INFORMATION AND I HAD TO DO A LOT OF RESEARCH TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THE MISCALCULATIONS WERE COMING FROM, I ALMOST WROTE OFF $4700 EXTRA THAT WOULD HAVE MESSED UP MY FEDERAL AND STATE RETURNS AND SURELY RESULTED IN AN AUDIT.
ALL OF THE OTHER PARTS WERE VERY FAMILIAR AND WENT SMOOTHLY. I KNOW THE NEW TAX SITUATION WITH HEALTHCARE IS HUGE AND I HOPE NEXT YEAR THE PEOPLE AT TURBOTAX FIGURE OUT A WAY TO IMPROVE THAT SECTION. I WILL BE USING IT AGAIN AS I HAVE ALWAYS FELT THE CALCULATIONS WERE ACCURATE AND AFTER LAST YEAR WITH THE CPA IT HAS BEEN PROVEN. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Taxes Easier, but still confusing

For someone that experienced Identity theft, I now have to file a certain way. Its nice to know that I can still use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easier to address Taxes each year
