What's great about it: COPING INFO FROM PREV YEAR
What's not so great: NEXT STEP IS AT BOTTOM (INCOME..TAXES .. ETC) NEED ONE ON TOP SO NO NEED TO SCROLL TO BOTTOM

What's great about it: Easy to use; download from prio year
What's not so great: Servicing fee is way too high for electtronic filing. This costs TT nothing.

Stress Reducer

I am old enough to have spent time waiting in line at the post office on April 15 to mail my hand-written tax return, after having poured over multiple tiny-font, thin paper IRS publications for days and adding, multiplying and dividing with a pencil. Okay that was a while ago and I did eventually get a calculator. But, Turbo Tax has replaced those days of anxiety and confusion with the one hour I spent today filing both my Federal and State returns, painlessly and accurately. Thank you Turbo Tax - you're the best stress reduction tip I ever got.
What's great about it: Just have to answer questions

TurboTax is a fantastic product! I have used it for over a decade and will continue to do so. using the interview process allows you to relax a little and let the program lead you through the items on the forms. I like the ability to flip to the actual form if you want to see it.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for years and it makes it as painless as possible. The forms I need are there as well as information
What's not so great: Could h.ave used better help in preparing an amended return for 2014

Turbo Tax was easy to use once again. Guided me through the process with little confusion.
What's great about it: Ease of data entry
What's not so great: Scrolling through all the options
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's Okay

This was the first year I've used TurboTax. It was easy to use,however I felt that there were not enough options and ways to answer questions. I feel that in my circumstances, it was difficult to answer questions as opposed to paper forms. Also, I really don't like that you have to pay more money to efile your state taxes.
What's great about it: Walks through each section
What's not so great: Doesn't give all options for answering questions on forms. Charges you more money after you already pay.
