Simple and easy

It's very simple to use especially after the first year. All data is transferred to new return, including the state tax completion. Also, it tracks prior years info and acts as a reminder in case you missed an item, 1099R or similar.
What's great about it: Love the ease all data is transferred from prior year return and then onto the state tax.
What's not so great: Asks a lot of questions that may not apply

I like that if you are not sure about something you can just click on the "learn more" button and get the explanation.
What's great about it: I like the way it walks you through everything.
What's not so great: If you miss something it only show's the form it does not take you back to the section.

Great product, great value. My only complaint. I don't want to be sold. I fill out four returns for family members. I don't need representation. I will never need representation. Why do you need to keep asking?
What's great about it: Been using for years, keeps getting better

Probably Spending More Than I Need To

Turbo Tax is a good product.....But, it ends up costing me hundreds of dollars to file Standard Deductions and e-filing. Will probably just fill out forms and snail mail next year!
What's great about it: Accurate, quick and conveinient.
What's not so great: Costly with all the extra charges for additional states and e-filing. Filed with Standard Deductions the last few years
