This was a very user-friendly and cost effective way to get my taxes done. I feel very happy and empowered that I could do this myself. Well done Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to follow the step-by-step guidelines. You can go back to edit as needed. It has boxes you can open for more info
What's not so great: I spent a lot of time on deductions I couldn't use on the refunds.

Always feel that turbo tax is accurate. It is easy to collect my tax records knowing what questions will be asked.

Very efficient filing process!

This was my second time using the TurboTax in many years. I used to do it manually - And now, I'll always use TurboTax. It showed every step in details and I was able to follow it.
Gave me the maximum refund and it was easy and efficient!
Thank goodness we only have to file once a year! and TurboTax made it easier for me to do it!!!

What's great about it: Turbo Tax showed each step very carefully. It was very efficient and anyone who types can file tax with this program!

TurboTax makes it possible to self prepare taxes for me and my family. This year used Turbotax to file a mothers final return and return for an adult child in addition to our returns. TurboTax walked me thru each situation and feel confident with the resulting returns.
What's great about it: Easy to follow format to complete Federal & State returns

Took about 2 hours and I had my Returns submitted and the refund on the way! No issues, very simple

So simple and so thorough

Have used Turbo Tax over 20 years. Each year it seems they get it exactly right, and each next year they manage to improve it further. We use the Deluxe version for ourselves and 3 generations of our adult family members, including our retired great grandmother! Home ownership, simple rental income and expense, self employment income, investments, retirement benefits, medical expenses, etc.

Turbo Tax is easy to use. It is up to date on the latest tax information and helps to guide you quickly and efficiently. thanks for a good product.
What's great about it: easy to use. love the fact that it analyzes from year to year to make surem I don't miss anything.
What's not so great: some questions were missed on Colorado State so I had to go back in. Not sure why that happened.
