I checked the box to indicate that I wanted to mail my State of Colorado return. No instructions followed. you assumed that everone would be filing electronically.
What's great about it: well put together as always

Instructions were percise and easy to follow

This was my second year using TurboTax. 2015 was more concise and easy to complete than 2014; however, both years were simple to follow. The cost savings was excellent also. My wife and I completed our return in approximately three hours. I will use TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Ease of folowing instructions and entering info on the forms
What's not so great: None

Easy Product to use, guides you the whole way

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and have always been happy with it. Beats the old, old days of going to the library, picking up the forms and trudging along with a book to figure out all the tax implications. Turbo Tax makes filing not such a big headache.
What's great about it: I like how it imports your information from last year and guides you every step of the way.
What's not so great: import doesn't seem to work, at least it hasn't for me.

ON A MAC, THERE ARE A FEW SETTING QUIRKS TO TEMPORARILY ADJUST, BUT NOT A BIG ISSUE.
What's great about it: EASY NAVIGATION
What's not so great: JUST DOWNLOAD FROM SITE...CD CAN BE A PROBLEM

if you keep good records and can read and write and add, I would suggest using Turbo tax.
What's great about it: extra info boxes
