Paying state efile more than once; enter IRS IPPIN

Also with having a IRS IP Pin really had to search and search, clicking on enter instead of the search function - very not clear!
Wasted a lot of time with finding out how to get IRS IP Pin put in.
Turbo Tax has gotten better, but has a way to go for my customer satisfaction.
What's great about it: NONE on these two topics
What's not so great: No thanks on paying for State return efile, of $37 refund for student

trouble with state...never sent

I've used turbotax for many years. Never had a problem with state not going through, but this year I paid to electronically file state. Both were rejected initially due to a reversal of SSN's. After corrected, federal went through, and then state never would again. Very frustrating.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: had to mail state

Great Tax Software!

I have usedTurbo Tax software many times in the past years and I always found it to be a great way to get my taxes done without going to a professional tax person. It is fairly easy to follow through all the instructions and questions and I feel confident that everything is accurate.
I did use a free tax help service a couple of years ago. It was ok but I felt I had to be of more help with everything than when I had used Turbo Tax. I also used a different tax software last year due to getting it with a big discount. It was good, but I still like Turbo Tax better and went back to using Turbo Tax this year.

Easier than I thought it would be

Had a different tax situation this year with switching jobs more than once, but ended up being much easier than I thought it would be.
What's great about it: Help screens for just about every topic
What's not so great: Nothing!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is awesome!

Turbo Tax really went the extra mile to make a complicated topic like filing taxes easy to understand and made every effort to walk the user through the process step-by-step. Very cool. I don't think I'll every go back to the way I was doing taxes. I especially like the little notes of encouragement telling you where you are in the process... "just one more thing to do..." Great
What's great about it: Turbo Tax makes a complicated subject like taxes easy to understand.
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

This years was so much easier to do so thank you for fixing the product. Last year was hard to use and I almost did not do TurboTax this year but thought I would try it again since all the years before were fine.
