Another Successful Year!

Been using Turbo Tax for over 10 year and plan to continue to use it. I find it easy to use. The step by step process is great for beginners or when i get into a new area. However, I like the ability to go around areas I am confident do not apply.
Our return is moderately easy now with just two W2s, a home and a couple of kids in college. Previously I was unemployed, had 6 or 7 W2s between us, sold stuff produced on our farmette, and even did some side work as an architect. Turbo Tax walked me through it, kept me organized, and gently admonished me for NOT paying quarterly taxes. We survived and are almost out of the hole dug while under employed.

What's great about it: Intuitive. Easy to follow. What Ifs are possible. Easy to edit. Easy to find things.

Easy-Peasy

really couldn't be much easier. combined with keeping track of things in Quicken, I was able to complete and file my itemized taxes in just a few hours.
The charitable deductions process is definitely improved over last year. easier to fairly value items donated to the church/good will.
still can't figure out why it costs the filer extra for state e-filing since doing so saves everybody time and money. that needs to be fixed.

Kudos for an excellent software - Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for filing my taxes for over 15 years now. This is a wonderful software. It is so easy to understand and navigate a software novice like myself do very well with it.
It is recommended anytime.
What's great about it: Very Simple to understand and navigate
What's not so great: Haven't found one yet!

My experience

overall good. only one problem which was hard to solve. Not having to file a Florida income tax the program would not let me file and took awhile to figure why. It's a glitch inthe program
What's great about it: easy to use, move info directly from my fidelity and usaa accounts into turbo tax

Tax preparation that's "easy as pie"

This is my fourth year of using Turbo tax and I will continue as long as I am able to. It's like working with an automated Tax preparer, except at a fraction of the price that one would charge. It's easy to navigate and quite comprehensive.
What's great about it: Fast, Easy and effective
What's not so great: I couldn't find any.

I have not found out yet how to send form electronically, but I am technically challenged. :)

turbo tax deluxe

I have been using turbo tax deluxe since 2005 and have always found it very easy to work with and very complete.
What's great about it: very easy to work with
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
