I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and never had the problem I had this year in downloading updates. For a time I was unsure I could get them finished.
What's not so great: Took at least 50 times of trying to download updates.

Taxes made bearable!

The software just gets better every year. They keep records from prior years, steering the user along the path, and making repetitious entries unnecessary. Accurate, easy, makes tax time ALMOST painless!
What's great about it: Easier each year
What's not so great: Hard to contact Intuit, if needed

2015 Tax Review

The cutesy pages are okay but it just needs to be a simple worksheet style program.
Get tired of re-answering some check-box questions each time I go through the different pages entering data. If it's check-marked once, it should be retained and if an error is detected, that should come up on the final calculations.
Cost to e-file state returns is getting out of hand. Will probably do a paper file to state next year to save some refund money.

Turbo Tax Easier Than Ever

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I've never had any problems or worries with my returns. The program just keeps getting easier to use each year. I have full confidence that I'm getting the largest return possible. Thanks for making tax preparation painless and efficient.
