Easy to File and Great Refund

I have used TurboTax for many years. It keeps getting easier to use every year. Good job, Intuit!
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Had an upgrade installation error, but uninstalling/reinstalling software fixed it

This software keeps getting worse every year

Software keeps trying to force my oil and gas royalties misc expenses to schedule C and then recommends that I upgrade to the higher priced business version.
What's great about it: Includes free Federal e-file
What's not so great: Does not include a free state e-file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is soo easy and saves me so much money

I was paying a CPA big money to do my taxes. Now I can do it with Turbo Tax. I was almost afraid to try it, but once you get into inputting the data you feel so secure because you know that they are covering all the bases.
What's great about it: Calls out all of the deductions so that I didn't miss any
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I had some issues with filing my tax return and the Turbo Tax team spent in total 4 hours on the phone with me getting it straightened out.

You can't beat Turbo Tax end of story. Everything is easy just follow the simple guides in each section. Questions there are several areas to find answers to them. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and never once had an issue.

Seems to take forever to go through the simplest stuff, but I guess that's the price of getting all the "i's" dotted and the "t's" crossed!
What's great about it: Happy it's done. Turbo Tax is the best.

Having all my documents collected - I felt comfortable I wasn't missing any because they matched up with last years (1099's and such) and nothing changed - so I was good to go!
What's great about it: finished in one sitting
What's not so great: lots of piece meal charges for stuff
