Nice and Easy!

really easy tool to use. I used to do taxes by hand and it took 2x as long as it takes now. Really like the ability to pull from last year's return. Great tool.
What's great about it: simple and direct fill-in-blank format
What's not so great: none that I know of

Thirty year user

I have used TurboTax since the MS DOS days, about thirty years ago. It's the only automated tax preparation tool I've ever used. That being said, I totally trust this product. John Melvin
What's great about it: faster and more detailed assistance
What's not so great: none yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and family. Once they try it they become regular customers.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Transfers information from last year's return.
What's not so great: Instructions not always clear for special tax cases.

Easy to follow.

I have used Turbo Tax for many a year now. I have no desire to look at any other.
What's great about it: Easy to complete when you have all your documents in order.
What's not so great: Trying to submit this review is a pain. My nickname belongs to others. Now I have to invent a nickname.
