Easier than E-Z

Overall, very manageable and user friendly. There were a couple of spots were it wasn't so much. I didn't keep track of them because, frankly I was glad to be over them. I have zero computer savvy and TurboTax works for me

Turbotax De-luxe

I have using Turbotax for at 10+ years. I find it easier to use each year. It guides me through easily despite a complex return.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Turbotax insisted on a state return I did not need.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

What's not so great: Could't go back to the page I was working on without going through all the questions again.

Excellent product. I stopped using it due to copy protection which I detest. Now I'm back and I'm so glad. Great product and easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Had to call to get digital copy for my iMac (no dvd drive)

Instructions

Mostly good. Just make those tiny boxes at the bottom left hand corner more visible or put an arrow pointing to it. I spent a lot of time spinning my wheels because I missed the tiny box.
What's great about it: Most instructions were very clear and easy to determine what was needed.
What's not so great: When Form 2210 Line D pops up there is no instruction. I finally found the tiny box in the bottom left that led the way
