Excellent with one repeating problem

Good experience. I will very likely use Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to use; easy to file; ver few issues
What's not so great: An irritating problem was that the software did not return me to where it left off when I saved the file.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It is a good program. Difficult at times to find where prior year refunds for state and federal tax refunds are entered as income.
Diffiucult to enter job related expenses.

Another excellent year

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I love it. Don't get me wrong, I hate having to do my taxes, but Turbo Tax makes it so much easier than the days of going and getting all of the forms needed to get my taxes done, going back to get even more forms and then mailing out my check or waiting weeks or months to get my check (which didn't happen very often). Turbo Tax is relatively idiot-proof - if you can follow along, and you answer HONESTLY, you can do your taxes without a problem.
What's great about it: So easy to do - step by step is the way to go
What's not so great: Not everyone has every deduction - takes a while to get to your items
