Get er done right and quick

Great program to use. Super quick to do the taxes. My only issue is when you have the program self step you through the program, don't back up because it will not step you through until you get to the next section.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Step through help stinks when one backs up

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 7 years, so far have not found a reason to pay someone else to prepare my taxes for me.
What's great about it: Easy to understand steps, very detailed.

Great Program

I have used TurboTax for many years and have been able to successfully complete our Federal and State returns. This year, the added security requirements (which I feel are needed to prevent rampant fraud) caused a significant delay in my e-filing.
For some reason, a code was required. I repeatedly tried to obtain one, but could not get it because of "server error".. I opened my Intuit account and made up a new password then went through the e-filing steps again. Finally, I was able to get a code and complete the identification process.

What's great about it: Overall ease of use with ultimate correctness of final returns

Turbo Tax gets easier to use every year. The only difficulty is on my end, organizing all my paperwork before starting. Great job.
