What's not so great: Just hate taxes. Turbo Tax takes away some of the aggravation

Allowed me to work at my pace and during my time table so that if I needed more data I could flag and move on. Been Turbo taxing for years and they make it easier, faster, and more educational every year!

Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I felt confident that all aspects of my return were being covered, and that it was being handled correctly. Automatically transferring information from the previous years return was a great time saver.
The feature that assists you in valuing donated items is extremely helpful. It has a wide range of items listed, and saved me a ton of time.
This is the third year I have used Turbo Tax, and plan on continuing to do so in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use, double checks your work

Showing a few investment companies and explaining the rules to open an IRA was advantageous to us.
What's great about it: IRA investment companies
What's not so great: Not applicable - no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
