So Easy!

This was a super easy way to file taxes and feel confident it was done correctly!!
What's great about it: super user friendly! Covers all the areas I had questions about in great detail.
What's not so great: Can't see anything I did not like.

Great Program

Paying Federal and State income tax is no fun but TurboTax makes it as easy as one could hope for. I wouldn't be without it.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, especially because of all the data carried over from the previous year's return.
What's not so great: None found

Overall a great way to complete IRS filing.
What's great about it: Easy and quick. Math calculations are automatic and accurate
What's not so great: Unable to transfer information from Preimer 2014 to Delux 2015 and unable to contact help

Easy Peezy

I use Turbo Tax and I just retired from State Individual Income Tax Division. Best product out there. IF there are errors, they are resolved quickly. This product is "User Friendly".
What's great about it: Easy to load last years info. "More Information" has it all.
What's not so great: Don't like having to "Update" every time I log on.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Difficult filing

I wish it was a painless process but it is not as smooth as advertise.
What's great about it: a great computerized program
What's not so great: I could not file my taxes on 4/1/16 and the explanation was very lame.

Still prefer the CD

I've used Turbo Tax for years. The four stars are for the CD version. The downloadable version would receive 2 stars. I started on the downloadable version this year, but when I went to file, it told me my payment didn't go through. I could see the charge pending on my credit card however. I read online that many others have had this problem too. Since we're stationed in Japan currently, finding the right time to call when you're open and it's not in the middle of the night here is difficult. it also wanted to charge me a second time to file for my son. So, I waited a day and saw that the charges had disappeared for my credit card and bought the CD version at the store. All the information transferred easily and filing was easy and including multiple filings for the same price.
What's great about it: CD allows multiple filing for one price and there was no issue with payment
What's not so great: Inconvenience of needing to pick it up but that's minor

Just What I Needed at the Right Time

The program works and behaves in a user-friendly way, with the notable exception for sandbagging with a fee for e-filing the free state return.
What's great about it: convenient sequential wizards
What's not so great: an extra charge for e-filing the state tax
