Needs a minor change

When one closes the app and then re-opens, app should go back to exact point where filer left off. Instead it goes back to beginning of section you were in. Frustrating and a time waster.
What's great about it: well structured and easy to use
What's not so great: save and re-open not working as desired

Can't trust data

I no longer trust any of the data in TurboTax. Last year I had a number of problems with it. This year it read in the file from last year's TurboTax filed return and some of the data was wrong. It was very painful getting it fixed, but one of the pieces of data would have caused me to pay higher taxes this year. If you use TurboTax, you need to manually double check every number, which is extremely time consuming.
What's great about it: clear explanations
What's not so great: bad data

Did a very good job

Good, quick, took about an hour including itemized deductions
What's great about it: Fairly quick and easy to follow prompts, good error checking
What's not so great: printing was a little confusing, since I have to print from the pdf files

So easy and simple! My second time filing myself!

Only my second time ever doing my own taxes! Always had someone do them. This year was making me nervous because I was going to have more to enter so I was a lil freaked. But, it asked every question possible, all the ones I needed for my situation. Explained everything as I went. So easy!!!! I am all done til next year!
What's great about it: Walks you thru everything possible!
What's not so great: None- well, maybe it could be a little cheaper in price
