Taxes Done! NO Worries

Fast, easy and with as much help as anyone would need at your finger tips. Explore all the options that apply and skip the ones you don't need.
What's great about it: Easy to follow the path, stop and explore options if needed
What's not so great: Some versions did not package one free state return, almost spent more money than nessary.

Unhappy with process

I wanted to e-file and have my refund sent to my home address. The program kept defaulting to direct deposit and I could not find a work around so I finally gave up and processed it that way. I find that unacceptable and will not use TurboTax again.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: misleading on filing fees

So EASY I can do it myself!

I used to pay a tax accountant to do my taxes. Now for the past four years I file with Turbo Tax. I'm file the long form, so I was anxious the first time, but now I fly through it. What a peace of mind to have it done for another year.
What's great about it: I love the step-by-step method to this software.
What's not so great: None!

It is a very easy way to calculate your tax return.
this is the second year I use the software and so far so good.

Really good product. I recommend it to everyone I know. It makes filing my taxes easy and not stressful.
What's great about it: Asks easy to understand and easy to answer questions
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Well maybe not quite that much but it's certainly great to be able to do everything myself from home and not have to make appointments with accountants in some office.
I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now and I love the ease and convenience it gives me. The program walks me right through everything in detail and it has been very educational along the way. Plus I can do this on my own schedule at my personal convenience. I don't think I could find a better situation if I tried, and I certainly have no reason to go looking when I have Turbo Tax.
