So Easy to Use

Very easy to use and simplifies everything by being able to import last years data and just update for current year.
What's great about it: Liked step by step and ability ro check forms as needed
What's not so great: NO dislikes

I have used TuroTax since 2002 - I can't thank you enough for making this do-able for me. Your questions are clear making my answers easy. Thank you for being so knowable on a topic that I have very little knowledge.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Confident it's Correct

I'm entrusted with the household finances and as such the tax filing. Turbo Tax leaves me confident that my tax returns have covered all the bases that are required under the law. I feel the up to date research is on target and gives me the security in filing that I'm looking for. The informative links to actual IRS law make navigating what could otherwise be painstaking ,endless, and possibly inaccurate, searching on my on, a breeze. Thanks for helping out at such a cost savings ,while also keeping me in the loop on my own financial health .
What's great about it: I really liked the links to actual IRS guidelines ,and the multiple levels of review.
What's not so great: Haven't quite gotten the knack of the page flagging
