The software is easy to use and leads you through all the items with useful questions. The S Corp medical deduction is, as it has been, very easy to miss. It would be great if that question was HIGHLIGHTED, BOLDED, ALL CAPS so that I do not miss it next year.
What's great about it: Ease of use, lead me through all the options
What's not so great: S Corp medical deduction was very easy to miss
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tab Deluxe 2015

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and have always been satisfied. This year, once I got the software to work, it worked fine but was very frustrating to start. The 2015 would not import data from my 2014 return and asked to use some info from an Intuit confidential file. Three choices were given: Allow; Deny; Allow all the time. If I clicked on allow or deny, the software would give the dreaded spinning beachball and wouldn't stop. Went to the help page and discovered several other people with the same problem. Finally worked my way through the maze to get to a person who was able to get me going. I have a Mac and this year's version seems to have a Mac problem. It also shouldn't be this hard to get to a person.
What's great about it: Easy to use, Seems very thorough
What's not so great: Glitch in transferring data from previous years' return.

Great customer support and great software! We'll use Turbo tax again. Just hope that the fee to e-file state tax is less expensive!
What's great about it: Data is populated automatically on related form. Customer support is A++
What's not so great: So calculations are hidden, such as figure out the 'Amt used to calculate Edu deduction/credit'. More details wd help.
