I switched from TaxCut in 2008 because they stopped supporting my operating system. I haven't had any problems with TurboTax and will continue using them.
What's great about it: Easy, Quick and Accurate

My turbo tax review

All went well but I am concerned about the extra charge for processing refund to my bank account, would appreciate someone explaining it to me. In the past I have paid for the state e-file but not an additional charge for processing, what goes?
What's great about it: easy to follow, very orderly,great summarization
What's not so great: confused about Form 5695, but got through it, concerned about the refund processing fee cost, new this year..

Was good until!

Turbo Tax does a great job of getting all the info that is needed. into forms. Had an issue with e-file, Turbo Tax took out payment before it was supposed to be paid? Not happy.
What's great about it: easy to use and asks the right questions
What's not so great: Had to go back a few times.
