Smooth as a silken kimono

Turbotax has been my tool of choice for a number of years. Altho the format has changed a number of times, the information, the guidance,and the experience have always been positive. I look forward to using Turbotax for a number of years to come.
What's great about it: easily entered information, prior year extraction, smooth walkthru

I wont be using turbotax again next year because you charge me to efile my state return when the state site is free.

Great Experience with Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax, takes the headache out of filing tax forms. All the directions are clear and the program is easy to use.
What's great about it: All the directions are extremely clear. The program is easy to use.
What's not so great: No cons, all positive!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

House Sales in WA State

WA State charges an Excise tax on home sales at the close of escrow based on the value of the home. This is a substantial tax deduction.
I believe I missed this deduction using TURBO Tax for my 2006 taxes.
My realtor told me about it for my 2015 taxes..

Turbo tax is great. Have been using it for a long time.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Only getting one state tax return without paying extra.

Stop & start

Can't stop and start a return without going back to the begining.
I would like to stop (for whatever reason) working on my return and then pick up where I left off. Even worse, When I finished my return, I did not want to submit it at that time. When I went back to finally send It, I had to jump through a number of hoops to find it and get it back. Very annoying

Last year unless fixed

I have been a loyal customer since Turbo Tax was first introduced many, many years ago. This will be the last year unless you get this printing problem on an iMAC fixed. I have wasted tons of paper because all data entries are 0000000000000. Please fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: The program itself is wonderful as it has always been
