What's great about it: Running calculations of progess in filing tax forms

Adequate tax advice but not user friendly.

The type was too small and hard to read on a Mac laptop. Donations insisted that I have a car ID when I donated a boat. Not every vehicle donation is a car. I have been a Turbotax user since it was available on floppy discs and it has become more difficult to use each year. Too many bells and whistles. Simplify, simplify.
What's great about it: Covered all the bases.
What's not so great: Hard to use. Especially with limited eyesight.

Turbo Tax is a very good product that will walk you right through your return with little issue. My only complaint is the Cost.
What's great about it: Easy to use, uncomplicated

Quick and easy

This is my second year using Turbo Tax. It seems pretty quick and easy and to the best of my knowledge, it is accurate.
What's great about it: Walked me through and thoroughly explained things
What's not so great: Wish I could have paid a few bucks less

Exceeded my expectations

I had a multistate (multi residence) return and along the way had SEVERAL questions (thanks Missouri). Every time I called with a new question, it was answered politely, kindly, and the customer service representatives worked relentlessly to answer my question (some difficult ones), I appreciate that i wasn't transferred or hung up on or given an "i don't know" answer. I've used turbo tax for 3 years now and this was by far my most difficult return, however, I got it finished in one day (several hours, but who's counting). Nonetheless, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service and the ease of the software.
What's great about it: Easy to use, helpful resources, kind CS, lots of prompts
What's not so great: Some forms difficult to understand

TurboTax is always awesome!

Been using TurboTax for a long time and its the best. Definitely beats giving your stuff to someone else and paying them money that you could use for yourself. Anyone can do their taxes with TurboTax.
What's great about it: That great, do it yourself feeling! Very Easy. Great step by step guide.

Very helpful customer service

Had to amend my 2014 return, and software worked nicely. Only complaint is I had to call customer service and have them send me the software for Mac electronically. In 2016 I would have thought they would have both versions available online. However, customer service was VERY fast and I was all set within 10 minutes.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, great response
What's not so great: Need readily available Mac version for amended returns

Did The Job

Over the years that I have been using Turbo Tax, the filing of my income taxes does not cause me to stress out because of the task of gathering and inputting data needed to file my income tax return.
What's great about it: The ease and help by Turbo Tax in doing my taxes.
What's not so great: Nothing off hand
