Easy as a store bought pie

I love Turbo Tax. I have used it since it was introduced and have never had an issue or complication. It is 100% simple to use and very accurate.
What's great about it: Uses previous year data to help you with current year!
What's not so great: Not one thing

So easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it just keeps getting better! It is so nice not to have to go through the rigamarole of reading and understanding changes in the tax forms and also not to have to collect all of the necessary records and transport them to a CPA. Everything I need is right at my fingertips and if I have any questions, they are easily answered in one of the many forums or directly from a Turbo Tax tech. Thanks for the ease of filing I have experienced once again. Keep up the good work, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to file Federal and State returns all in one place.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

T tax issue

Finish my tax return and spotted and issue with the state tax payment in 2015. As the entry could not be edited I had to start a new file and reenter everything, not good a big waste of time.
The original entry for state tax payment could not be seen so I re-entered did and when I re-entered it, it doubled up and it could not be edited.
What's not so great: State tax payment entry is confusing.

I have only one problem with the program. My husband does not have a middle name and his driver's license ID number has an asterix in the number. This program does not recognize the asterix.

Income taxes do-able.

While I found the interface really easy to use, folks with less familiarity might miss having access to the old "video instruction" step by step guide.
What's great about it: Ease of interface. The program is really smooth.
What's not so great: A little weak on the Healthcare Marketplace portion to second lowest insurance premium. Had to wing it a little...
