Used Turbo Tax for over 10 years, never once had issues, no tax problems, e-file is easy safe and free.

I have used TurboTax for the past 20 years, very satisfied.
What's great about it: I find TurboTax easy to use.
What's not so great: Need to add eFile for state taxes.

One year I had to use another product and had nothing but problems.

Pretty Easy

I'm a retired tax auditor and I love using TurboTax. However, there are many issues that are very difficult to understands. Most of them don't apply to the average filer. TurboTax does a very good job of trying to explain when such a situation would apply. Good job!
What's great about it: Ask the right questions
What's not so great: Sometimes the tougher issues aren't easy to understand

It worked again for me!

I've been using TurboTax for more than 8 years. My tax returns have been difficult with a number of business schedules to complete to having no business forms to complete. It has taken me through the hard times to the easier times. I expect it to be even easier next year as our financial situation continues to evolve.
What's great about it: Asked me all the questions that needed to be asked
What's not so great: Asked a few questions I didn't quite understand

I've been using Turbo Tax about 5 or 6 years and I have not had any problems. It's fast and simple to use and very detailed. I would not use any else.
What's great about it: It was speedy and simple.

Turbo 2016

Worked well for me. Old data came across easily. Imported some stock sale data for first time and it went well which beats typing in all 50 lines. My only complaint was upsell notices often saying that I really need it when I didn't.
What's great about it: Went well. Old forms now back in deluxe.
What's not so great: Frequent upselling. If I wanted premier, I would buy it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
