taxes were great but I could not remember my password and could not seem to change it so I will file my state by mail.that should be included in the cost of Turbotax.

Getting worse

I have been using Turbo Tax every year for many years. This year it did not go back and bring up last year's entries; when I used the back button to check something, hitting continue took me somewhere else with a result that I had to re-enter information several times; it told me to use the standard deduction then changed its mind several times; worst of all, it asked me to go back a year and get some information, but when I came back it had done the calculation without it... I could go on and on, but I am tired. It took me at least four times the amount of time it should have.
What's great about it: Handy
What's not so great: More confusing every year

Forms needed

Only the address of where to send returns is provided. I do not think all 16 pages of detail need to be mailed. You need to provide exactly which forms are necessary to mail with return.
What's great about it: Prior Year Comparisons
What's not so great: Do not list forms to be mailed to Fed or State Filings

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Easy to follow and easy to understand. I have recommended it to all my friends. Keep up the good work. Wish we could get a refund but thats not your fault. You tried!!!!!

In and Out in two hours

Best Turbo tax yet!!! I have been a customer for many years and have no need to ever visit H&R Block again.
What's great about it: Everything went so smooth I finished without any errors, State and Federal
What's not so great: didn't see a place to print snapshots of information I wanted to review with out printing the whole doc.
