Fast & Easy Refund!

This year's return went SO smoothly! I didn't run into any glitches or problems. The links to the IRS publications are always convenient and good ways to get added peace of mind. I've been using TurboTax for approximately 15 years now, and this was the best, easiest year yet! Thank you to everyone at TurboTax and Intuit!
What's great about it: Easier than ever to use; no apparent glitches like last year; awesome!
What's not so great: None that I came across.

Quick and easy

Last year was the first time using TurboTax, so I downloaded a bunch of IRS instructions and double-checked everything. This year I used the "learn more" buttons and trusted TurboTax. Lot faster this year!

Easy Process for Tax Refund

I really liked using Turbo Tax on my computer this year!!! It was my first time after undergrad doing my taxes again. I thought I was going to be overwhelmed and confused, but instead Turbo Tax walked me through every question with ease. I am so glad that I didn't have to make an appointment, or wait in line to file my taxes this time around. On a bright Saturday morning, I sat on the couch and within an hour or less, my taxes were complete. I am very satisfied with this product and will suggest it to all my friends and family.
What's great about it: Low cost, easy to use, easy to file, very thorough, offers examples or explanations if anything was misunderstood
What's not so great: None

Super charged my refund!

Turbotax walked me through my taxes step by step and found many tax credits I qualified for that I didn't think I did. It was so easy and saved me so much time and money! Thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Turbotax showed me I qualified for a lot of unexpected refunds!

high fees

Acquiring pdf copy of your returns is difficult and could be made much easier than currently designed.
What's great about it: walks you through your options fairly easily
What's not so great: fees to process refund are high and you get charged twice for state
