Vacation Here We Come-Refund!

I find using Turbo Tax the best way for me to do my taxes. I was even able to do my own taxes when we sold our home and bought a new one last year. I recommend it to anyone who wants to save cash and get the most out of their refund.
What's great about it: Great product! I've used it for 6 years! It gets better every year!
What's not so great: I really don't have any.

Always Getting Better

Very happy to see that the sources for importing information have been expanded. This really helps a lot when there is a sale of investments.
Have been using the product for many, many years and I subscribe to receive the new one every year. I am surprised to find that folks who do not subscribe are purchasing the same edition of Turbo Tax for less money. Subscribers should get the lowest price!

What's great about it: Imports more and more information every year
What's not so great: After using Turbo Tax for a zillion years, I still have a little trouble w/ navigation

<> Not all NFP volunteer work involves fixed mileage trips. The TT form only allows ONE mileage factor for multiple trips.

What's great about it: Overall process is logical in sequence, and importing previous year is a great idea but...
What's not so great: Why a form (Misc-1099) be filed if there is NO income

Great Tool for the Tax Season

I tell everyone to use Turbo-Tax for their taxes every year. I could not do this filing as easily as this does it. Plug and Play and transfers all the info into the state form as well. I do it by hand before I did this program. About 2 hours and I was done. Thank you so much Turbo-Tax. See you next year.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, Quickly done
What's not so great: Price of program/and price of return fee

State return incorrect

Filled in my state return with Turbo Tax - end result 0 owed, 0 returned.
Filed my state return using the Pennsylvania free file and got a refund. Turbo Tax missed it.
...........and your review process is frustrating me!!!

Too many glitches

Worst one ever. Wouldn't import last year's info. Locked up computer every 45 minutes or so, skipped topics, etc. Wouldn't go forward, back, or close. Had to turn off computer each time. Finally got an update that seemed to fix these issues then it ran fine, but I was really P.O.'d with your product this year.
What's great about it: last update 29Mar16 seemed to fix things
What's not so great: vapor-locked repeatedly until 29 March
