Great to use, 4 years in a row!

A great tool to use. A value for the person that doesn't want to pay a firm an arm and a leg to do the same thing. I appreciate the simplicity and accuracy of the program.
What's great about it: Very simple, walks you though everything.
What's not so great: Took almost an hour to load

Best tax software available. Used on Mac for many years.
Should have default printing choice to print only main tax return pages. ex. 1040 p1-5

Clear and easy

Turbo Tax is an excellent tool to use when doing one's taxes. If you have all your information and computing your taxes is going to be clear-cut.....meaning you can follow along and answer the Turbo Tax questions.....then this is a tool you can use.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax asks for all the details. You provide the input. it organizes the data and computes the taxes.
What's not so great: The only "con" is that the first time you use Turbo Tax, it takes a bit of time to enter all pertinent information.

Very easy to follow all of the instructions. Gives me confidents that my taxes will be filed properly. I have uses Turbo Tax for many years, and have always found it be easy to work with. Thank you

OVERALL IS A GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE.
What's great about it: FAIRLY EASY TO USE.
What's not so great: TOO MANY REPEATED STEPS
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Generally good

When I entered the social security number for importing a W-2 I got the message that it was an invalid number. It was not an invalid number so I simply completed the section manually. But why would that message appear at all? The name was changed a number of years ago is the only reason I could think of but surely your data bases should be up to date.
What's great about it: Won't overlook anything
What's not so great: Importing of W-2 questionable

I have used mTurboTax form years and it keeps getting better every year. Download speeds are very fast and accurate. Will be using TurboTax for 2016 tax

First Time since 1990s Disappointed With TTax

3/29/16 Sent in contact report to TTax with 3 apparent program errors (see below), and adding comment that some features and forms are no longer accessible for printout;
1)program says "various" for stock acquisition date an error, then tells you to use "various"(same word) instead
2)program calls direct distribution of part of my IRA RMD to my Church an "error" and requests an explanation on Form 5329.
3)Round of process in stock sale/cost entry results in $1 difference between Fed and State gain/loss number
This year could view but not printout some forms not used in report(e.g. Schedule A).
