Better and Better Each Year

Having using this since about 2004, I've seen it get better and better each year. This year I was pleased to see them ask me for Driver's Lic information which should help cut down on returns filed by criminals that want to steal your return. Nice Job Turbo Tax
What's great about it: The "walk you through it" guide is great!
What's not so great: Nothing worth reporting

Have used Turbotax for several years - although physically handicapped, find it most satisfying being able to complete by myself.

Consistent and reliable

Great product and I have been using it for the last 15 years,
What's great about it: gives very detailed information
What's not so great: give too detailed info that is hard to decipher for a lay person
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Came Through Again

Been using TurboTax for years. Was a little leery about continuing with it this year because 2015 was a more complicated tax scenario for us -- both retired during the year, cashed out an investment, sold a house, bought a house, and moved to another state. Still no problem working through it all.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and very thorough.

Typos?

Three Problems:
1. Hard to find a way to print my returns for paper file copy.
2. Mailing addresses on TT Intro sheet different from table on back of sheet!
3. Could not find an easy way to save a file of my returns onto a disc.
Hard to submit a review!

Easy and helpful

Turbotax is a great way to get my taxes done effectively and at a low cost. This is the seventh year I've used the software and each year gets easier.

I did have trouble with error check until an update came through, then all was smooth.
What's great about it: Easy, at home. I go my own speed.
What's not so great: State refund costs money to e-file
