Easy to Use

I liked the step by step walkthrough with additional informative links available if more information is needed. Just enough info to get you to the next step and bypass those sections that may not apply.
I found it odd that the very next morning after submitting my info, including my private home phone number that I started receiving multiple spam calls claiming the IRS was in the process of submitting a lawsuit against me. I will assume that my personal information was not shared by Intuit.

Got it all done quickly...

I've used TurboTax for a number of years now, and see no reason to switch to another tool. It's easy enough. I think I understand what I'm doing; I've always done my own taxes. But I think a person who is not well informed could easily use TurboTax, like the current advertisements suggest.
What's great about it: Interface consistent year-to-year, but forms and rules updated; easy to navigate
What's not so great: Could use a detailed income comparison, i.e., by source by year.

Easy Peasy

I was able to enter the information that I had on hand and edit the rest as it became available with out any problems. The only way to make this better is when the Government quits charging Seniors, over eighty tax on their SS benefits. Paying taxes is never enjoyable but Turbo Tax makes it easy. My wife and I have been using TT for years and have always rated them 10.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and edit. Covers everything.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent program! I've been a user for decades and it gets easier every year. I was worried about my divorce and house sale, but Turbo Tax simplified everything!

Been using Turbot ax since it was on a 3 1/2 disk years ago and love it. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Very Good Program
What's not so great: Need to allow for Ohio School District such as 5703
