Relatively easy this year, but...

The Federal return said that there would not be any penalties for underpayment when selecting to allow government to calculate penalties but the Mississippi inserted the Form 80-320 which could not be completed by Turbotax program and would not allow me to manually fill it out so I deleted the form and proceeded to final steps.
What's great about it: Federal when smooth
What's not so great: Allowing the government to calculate penalties on underpayment did not work with state.

Very Pleased

I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 years in a row. I have a fairly complex tax situation and I always hear & read about how difficult the tax forms are. Turbo Tax takes all the complexity out of my filing. I have friends who hire accountants that have less complex situations and I highly recommend Turbo Tax to them.
What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: None

Always use Turbo Tax

I always feel confident my return is correct when I file it.
What's great about it: Makes tax filing so easy.
What's not so great: The "continue" block is too far down the page.
