Love it, moving to a new PC next year

Very simple to use. Maybe add a section on how to copy over the information to a different computer when the tax filer move on to a new PC.
What's great about it: Like pulling in personal information from last year refund, helps speed the process

I've used TurboTax for quite a while and I generally find it to be helpful. This year I prepared my elderly mother's taxes. She lives in another state. I was surprised and unhappy to see the cost to download software for a second state and decided I'd skip it.
What's great about it: Helps me not to overlook anything.
What's not so great: Annoying and inconvenient when I need to switch from the Q&A to look at the actual forms.

Not as good as 2013
What's great about it: it was easy to go back and pick the forms I wanted to edit.
What's not so great: Interrupted flow. It wanted to skip my spouses info. Adding a SSA-1099 for my spouse was not intuitive or logical

Turbo tax works great and answered all my questions
What's great about it: Handles k1 forms, annuities, ira distributions, municipal bond funds. Allows you to assign values to donations

Turbo Tax 2015

Turbo tax is easy to use. I very much like the import of the previous year tax forms to help in entering the current tax year.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Having to make sure you have all the required forms
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

had problems looking for wife's phone bills not fully reimbursed by employer . it appeared to be able to deduct, she had to be a teacher, which she is not . kinda confusing. her cell is required due to 24 on- call for phone calls. from employees.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: hard to find certain deducs

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I keep using it because it is simple and accurate and I am confident that I am completing my taxes efficiently and effectively.
What's great about it: The simplicity of doing my taxes

TurboTax review - 2015

I had no problems using TurboTax this year. I've used TurboTax for 10 years now and in the past I've sometimes had little problems filing, but nothing major. Anytime I did have a problem, the Intuit customer support fixed any problem that I had. This year, all the problems were gone and filing was easy.
What's great about it: Intuitive and straightforward
