TurboTax Deluxe

I've used TurboTax for years, both on a PC and a Mac, and I've never had an issue. The interview style with help buttons makes completing the tax forms a no-brainer proposition. Even with complex capital gains/losses on stocks or with business expenses (in the past), it is easy to understand what is needed for every box on the tax forms -- both state and federal. I plan to use TurboTax into perpetuity.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy!

Very good except for that one flaw.
What's great about it: Walks you through things easily
What's not so great: One main issue: every time i returned to my return, it started at the beginning rather than where I had stopped.

I am very comfortable with the process and accuracy of the software. Not sure what changes would improve it other that if a hand could reach out and point me to what is wrong or needs to be filled in.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, seems to be complete
What's not so great: At times when it is checking and returns you to a form, it is not always clear what is missind or what is incorrect

Confusing but worth it

Overall, it was a good experience for a first time user. My husband usually does our returns but I wanted to learn how to do it myself. I would definitely do it again.
What's great about it: quicker than expected

Audit Defense being forced on us?

Declined the audit defense (return is rated at almost zero risk!). Then on the 2nd to last screen before e filing, Up pops my info for registering with for tax audit defense.
Went through this 3 times declining defense again and again. Dumb screen keeps popping up. I don't want my info given out for this.
This sucks. This is the last year I'm going to use TurboTax.
