Pretty Good

I've used Turbo Tax for years and I love it, but this year it had/has problems. It took me hours to install it. It spit the disk out on the first try then wouldn't get past the "installing" notice the second or third times. I had to Force Quit after an hour of waiting. Fourth time it worked fine until I asked it do change something and then it wouldn't do it and I had to reopen the program only to find all my work had disappeared (yes, I asked to save it before I closed it). Consequently I had to stay and do everything at one sitting so as not to lose things again. I hope my taxes are right. I was afraid to go back and check things out too much.
What's great about it: Works well when it's working
What's not so great: Hung up once and ended up having to start over. Trouble installing also. It took four tries:

Trying to get a state filing paid for is painful. Why do I have to re-enter all the same info I just gave on my return?
What's great about it: Tax prep is great
What's not so great: payment and account access is horrible

TurboTax was easy to use, I had all my tax info ready and just plugged in the info as needed. I have been using TurboTax since 2008 and it just keeps getting better.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and understant

ALTHOUGH MY RETURN IS FAIRLY BASIC, I WOULD NOT BE COMFORTABLE DOING IT WITH OUT TURBO TAX,WOULD PROBABLY USE A TAX SERVICE OR FRIEND THAT IS AN ACCOUNTANT. LIKE THAT IT PICKS UP LAST YEAR'S DATA AUTOMATICALLY
What's great about it: EASY TO JUST ANSWER THE QUESTIONS
What's not so great: MY RETURN IS VERY BASIC, PROBABLY DON'T NEED THE DELUXE
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
