For the do it yourselfer who wants the responsibility of completing their own taxes. Great software that everyone expects when tax time rolls around. I have been compiling my taxes for many years, and I have used the software from the beginning. Keep up the great work!

Have been using Turbo Tax for 8 years. This year is the first year I have had to fork over extra cash just to be able to fill our my state taxes. I don't mean the e-file fee, used to that, but actually had to go online and pay more just to complete my state tax forms.
Might go retro next year.
What's great about it: Walks yuo though allthe steps
What's not so great: Had to pay extra for state forms this year

Another Tax Year

I have filled my taxes via Turbo tax for almost 15 years. Never had a problem. This year only had a couple of small issues but I was able to get around them. Entering 0 is probably not the best thing toi do. Just leaving non-applicable questions unanswered is probably better. The person being taxes has to locate all of the data so using Turbo Tax is mostly a matter of data entry. Its logical pretty easy to follow. I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use process.
What's not so great: Lots of really non-applicable questions
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now, I can say that it is fast, it guides you step by step, if you prefer you can skip
but at the end it gives you the best refund you can get
