State filing charges too high

The cost of downloading an additional state was actually more than the cost of buying a whole new Federal+state Deluxe package. Will do that in the future!
The e-filing charge for the state also seems excessive.

this stinks

too many software errors including getting hung up, and problems reopening files. It also filed a return to Rhode Island which I checked off which I did not complete

I have used other Tax software programs in the pat 10 years and I found Turbo Tax to be very user friendly and I saved quiet an amount compared to the other soft ware programs.
What's great about it: Easy and user friendly software
What's not so great: The Help notes is too small to read. Try to provide larger fonts on full scale.

Best return software just got better

I have been using Turbo tax return software for many years. Very easy to use and no errors at all so far. Best software and got the best return each year. Thank you so much.

What's great about it: Easy to use. Step by step instructions are very user friendly.
What's not so great: N/A
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

To expensive. Software is suppose to make thing faster and cheaper. Next year, will gov site.

Big Disappointment

can't submit and e-file if Turbo Tax says there is an error - tried to fix the unknown error 5 times and it still would not allow me to transmit - huge huge disappointment, won't buy turbo tax for 2016

More refund each year

It walks you through all the steps. Anyone can do it. I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save money, and do their own taxes. It's a God sent. I receive more money each year when I use Turbo Tax. I used to pay to get my taxes done I was lucky if I didn't have to pay back.

Every year it is something.
This year i started my return, had to quit.
Went back a few days later and couldn't open the file.
Had to do the whole thing over
