Refund time

I have used Turbo tax for several years. I love the import each year - takes me no time at all to complete my taxes. Glad it steps me through the whole process - i would never know what to claim etc. I feel each year that i file a correct, honest and accurate return.

Easiest way to file taxes, despite tech issues

I've always appreciated how easy & intuitive TurboTax is - it really makes doing your taxes a 1-2 day process max. It's usually only less than 1 day for me, but this year, there were multiple technical difficulties with the program like the program freezing or hanging, or being unable to update my reset password. Despite those frustrations, it was still a pretty easy process and I'm relieved and happy to be done and filed this year!

My Review of 2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe

2015 Turbo Tax Deluxe was very helpful as I prepared my taxes. My only concern was when logging off and saving my return. When I logged off and saved my return, after logging back on, Turbo Tax does not take me back to where I logged off. It took me to the beginning and had me to answer questions I had already answered.
What's great about it: Very user friendly and very helpful
What's not so great: When logging off and saving my return, after logging back on, Turbo Tax does not take me back to where I logged off.

Excellent program that handles all household tax issues
What's great about it: ease of use and carries all past tax histories forward
What's not so great: some explanations were not specific and left confusion requiring further research

Top Notch Refund

1 out of 10. I would rate Turbo tax a 10. I'm always telling my friends and family about it. It improves and gets better every year. To easy to have fear of doing your own taxes. TurboTax provides you with all the tools needed including live person to speak with for assistance
What's great about it: qestions and explanations of questions put me at ease. examples provided made experience comfortable
What's not so great: nothing I did not like.except when I have saved my taxes, then you update, had a hard to to locate my taxes again
