State Tax Frustration

Wish there was a more direct way to contact Turbo Tax to inform them of a glitch in the program. This would be a great use of a virtual customer, or live customer care person.
What's great about it: Loved the ease of completing return
What's not so great: Can't file state because I can't fix IRA Withdraw Section A line 4a and 4b

Never an audit and I remember in the 70's doing this manually took me 3-4 weekends. Not anymore, less than a day.

trouble printing state forms

I e-filed my federal. I then when to print my forms and got federal only. Next it asked if I wanted to close turbo tax with out print my state forms ( I was mailing my CAlifornia taxes, not e-file)

Rocked My Refund!

I love using TurboTax! It is quick & easy to use. The only issue I have is that after I have paid for the software, I then have to pay to file my State return. TurboTax states it is free to file, but it is not really free. I will still continue to use TurboTax for the ease of use.
What's great about it: Quick & easy to use!
What's not so great: Charge for State Filing
