Not happy with Turbo tax this year

believe you have problems with 1099r's coming from same employeer. I got through it but I would be surprised if not questioned by IRS. Be glad to taalk about it with your company.
Your printing of forms just doesn' t work.
Very disapointed in this years product. Gives me something to think about for next year.

What's great about it: Easy fill ins

2015 Version Buggy

I have used TurboTax for years. I must say that 2015 is my least favorite. From the repeated request to register, when I bout the software from you, to the lockups during "calculating" This is by far the worst version in the more than 10 years I have been using TurboTax.
What's great about it: Still easy to file your taxes
What's not so great: Too many lockups and asking the same questions over

Taxes are Done!

As always, TurboTax takes the stress out of taxes by walking you through every step of the process. Since our employers, bank accounts, charities, etc tend to be stable, it makes everything so much easier! There were some issues with font size and with some questions being asked each time you clicked through them (e.g., asking for health insurance info although already entered) but on the whole a smooth process. I have been a TurboTax user for years and wish other bureaucrats could learn from this product and simplify their processes! I'll be back next tax season!
What's great about it: Key information imported from prior year returns and Its Deductible, fast and easy.
What's not so great: Some screens showed up microscopic with Windows 10 (e.g., screen to pay for efile of state return)

Returning user....

As I mentioned earlier, the minor set back was that the system captured and imported information from 2014 filing onto this years filing and was not pertinent.
Required an inquiry and call to correct the issue.
Lucky me, Angela, turbo tax help desk rep, was able to help solve my problem, and I must add Angela was a jewel to work with.

What's great about it: Easy program to comprehend and follow.
What's not so great: This year however there was a minor set back ...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Glitch

I received 4 1095-A forms and one had values only in column A, forcing me to find values to work in column B, your product should handle this better. Next, when returning to a previous page after an edit etc, you should position the previous page at the point you left it from previously.
What's great about it: smooth flow
What's not so great: not 100%
