its the little things

doesn't allow me to use the back info for fed return for state return;
IRA help for married filing separately or jointly with spouse in a retirement plan is incomplete. Had to go to other resources.
Should advise of feasibility of deducting an ira without having to fake deducting an IRA to find out if it is deductible.

A little difficult this year

After using this for several years now, it seems that some areas have gotten difficult to understand and enter the information that is needed. Being able to maneuver around is also sometimes difficult and there should be easier ways to move around the return.
What's great about it: E filing
What's not so great: Some areas difficult to understand
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Vermont State Return late updates

I was disappointed as the Vermont State Return did not have the latest Property Tax Adjustment updates until a number of us complained. TURBO update was completed on 03/18/2016 which gave VT residents a month to complete the taxes.
What's not so great: late updates made by Turbo

no link to estimated taxes

Taxes for 2015 completed and filed . I was expecting a continuation to the estimated tax forms for 2016, but none appeared. I ended up going to forms to fill these out.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: no link to computing estimated taxes for 2016.
