Product overall is excellent. One drawback is that when I revisit a topic, there is no place where my previous input or answer is displayed. There have been occasions where I have changed one item because I could not recall what my previous imput had been, which mean a lot of backtracking to figure out new permeations. It were be very helpful if, during an "Edit" your previous entry was displayed.

This section is very confusing. In the income section TT asks if you have a 1099 SA. Well, if you do, you are prompted to include the information. The only problem is when you do, there is no way to delete it there and include the total in the deductions and credits. So, you have to delete all of your information and start all over again - from scratch!! Total Pain.

Pulled Federal Taxable income for my daughters return from 1040A line 24 instead of line 27.
What's great about it: Found additional deduction for wife's SS income
What's not so great: Error puling Federal Taxable Income from 1040A

Used this product for many returns

We have used this product for over 10 years and have never had any audits, etc. I am confident with product accuracy, mainly owing to widespread acceptance.
What's great about it: Easy, interview style format
What's not so great: Auto check sometimes refers to unfamiliar form numbers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall, great product

Overall, I continue to use and be very pleased with the Turbo Tax product and have been for years. The only issue, was at one point made an entry which greatly increased my tax liability but I could not get back to that page by using the "back" button. Instead, had to go through every page in that section to get back to a page in question. A bit cumbersome. But this is not a big issue. Will continue to use this product for both my business return and my personal return.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow with good helpful hints
What's not so great: It was a bit difficult in some cases to get back to a specific page quickly

What's great about it: Easy to use and flexible, can get to information in forms or in input entry mode
What's not so great: Sometimes back or restart takes you to an unexpected point in process
