Still buggy after all these years

My primary complaint is that I had to re-enter all the 1099-Div information because the software would not allow me to update the information from last year. Instead it defaulted to a generic form instead of opening the previous year's.
They keep dropping the ball on basic features like this. I'm seriously thinking of switching to another product because I don't feel I can trust what's being released.
What's great about it: It gets your tax returns done.
What's not so great: Intuit can't seem to release / support a copy of the product without issues.

Great first time user

Even though I couldn't see every form that was being filled out, the preview printing helped relieve any hesitations.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Hard to go back and change items
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

little confused.

At the end of my federal it indicates I get a refund of $374.00, yet below that it indicates I owe $50.00 penalty. It is confusing. It doesn't tell me why and refers me to instructions to answer. It means I have to call the IRS to answer and that takes up all my time!
What's great about it: seems easy.
What's not so great: not sure of one question.

Why can I easily pay with any via card on my Amazon, or Paypal, but TurboTax needs my drivers license, SS# etc over and over. For what?
What's great about it: It has last years data
What's not so great: Payment procedures are rediculous

Once again, taxes done with little effort and easy to follow directions. Much better than all the issues I had last year.. I have been using TT for years and I love it!

Only product I trust.
Requires a unique Nickname when doing this review. This can take several tries. Seriously TurboTax guys, a unique Nickname for EVERY users?
What's great about it: Guides you through the tax maze
What's not so great: Does not tell you WHY refund does not change after enter a lot of info, ex home office use
Pros: I bought or sold investments
