STATE PRINT OUT WAS NOT IN EASY ORDER OUT OF PRINTER
What's great about it: VERY EASY ESPECIALLY TO IMPORT DATA
What's not so great: PRINT OUT COMES OUT BACKWARDS HAVE TO REORDER SOMME 55 PAGES

Loaded and ran without any problems allowed me to select what I need to enter and brought forward necessary data from my old taxes. Filing without any hassles

Continued excellent product

I have been using this product since the 1980's and it just gets better with age. It has found the tricks and curves in the filing process with both speed and accuracy. The State coverage and interface makes filing a smooth process. In addition, the link with ItsDeductible makes keeping track of donation throughout the year a easy task- no need to try to remember those small items at filing time, just enter the dollars as they flow out of your wallet.

Almost brilliant but had to start from scratch

Didn't recognize first name - 1hr w/ tech sup.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, felt like I was in control
What's not so great: Didn't recognize my first name so had to start over

Great walk thru

not able to e-file my state because of some guide lines the state ask for. wish when i was doing that section it would tell me that my state will not let me e-file because of this. then i could have decided maybe not to do that section.
