This version is much better then the previous 2014 that removed a very important part of TT. Hopefully they have learn from the flak they got for removing a valuable part midway through the tax season when most users where half way complete only to find out they lost that option. But beyond this one needs to do a spread sheet of their receipts and cost and then they can do a proper file in for the questions to get the right returns to insure proper tax filing. If they keep the same bundle as before I will keep using TT - I have used it since 2004.
What's great about it: Easy of use and simplified questions
What's not so great: None known but future release not removed itemization part

I like the fact that turbo tax leads me step by step thru each category. I would never dream of attempting to do my taxes on my own with out the expect guidance of the turbo tax professionals.

Able to perform a simple tax return in 1/2 a day.
Nice to be able to use for more than one person
Cons: have to create my own spreadsheets for calculating
RX, Medical travel, Long term care expenses ect.
It would nice to have Turbo tax provide worksheets that would calculate the totals & that would be imported from year to year.

What's great about it: leads one through all the necessary information. Calculates tax
What's not so great: It would be nice to have worksheets that could be saved yr to yr. Like calculation of Rx or miles traveled to MD visists

Great for someone without tax knowledge

Great product, have used Turbo-Tax for years. Finished in a little over an hour to accomplish two returns. I do not consider myself a knowledgeable about tax law.
What's great about it: Mostly easy to understand definitions, instructions
What's not so great: None come to mind.

Have always been able to do my taxes, even when it's a bit more complicated. It catches me in areas that I have not done and has good explanations when I'm not sure about something
