Easy Peasy

Been a customer for almost 10 years. This software walks you through everything step by step and takes the confusion and frustration out of filing taxes.
You still have to prepare all of your documents ahead of time, but once you have that data, it's easy peasy!
What's great about it: Idiot Proof
What's not so great: No Cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used this program for the past 4 years and have been satisfied every time. I used to pay too much money to have my taxes done and since using Turbo Tax, I've saved money. I am very happy with the results of this program.
What's great about it: User friendly, good tips, good advice, quick and painless!!
What's not so great: Honestly I can't think of any blatant negatives.

Confidence by just answering questions

I have used Turbo Tax for years and it has never steered me wrong. I was married, had a child, and own a home. My child grew up and married. I have done some paid work on the side. I just got a divorce in 2015. Turbo Tax has been able to deal with all of these changes.
What's great about it: Just follow along and answer the questions and it is done for you
What's not so great: Sometimes have to use help to understand, like personal property tax
