Buggy

We have filed our taxes with TurboTax for many years. This version was very buggy. It would lock up on us at any given time and the only way out was to force quit and start again. This was especially annoying when you were at the end of a section and have to go back in and enter everything again.
What's great about it: Through, easy for simple returns
What's not so great: very buggy, locked up multiple times

constantly 'calculating'

After every section, or multiple times per section, I had to save and close and reopen because the program kept getting stuck

I have use the other competitor's software. But, Turbo Tax works much better.
What's great about it: Very Smooth Operation
What's not so great: My Computer would slow down and the screen would go dim and Freeze! The auto save did not work as well this year.r

I HAVE USED TTAX FOR MY FILING FOR 28 YEARS AND IT SEEM THAT EACH YEAR IT GETS MORE DIFFICULT TO USE. UPDATING BECOMES MORE OF A PROBLEM EACH YEAR, ALTHOUGH IT IS EASIER THAN THE DAYS WHEN IT WAS DONE BY CD IN THE MAIL.
MY TAXES HAVE BECOME SO SIMPLE THAT I ONLY USE TTAX TO AVOID TYPING OR PRINTING ALL OF THE ENTRLIES.
A NEW PRODUCT FOR FILERS LIKE ME WOULD BE WELCOME.....JIM MASON

I did my taxes in less than an hour, so easy, I don't understand why more people don't use Turbo Tax.
